Will Mitchell

Will is a Finance Associate at Civicap Partners. He is responsible for supporting the company’s portfolio by preparing investor reports, compliance reporting, and aiding in the refinancing or disposition of assets. In addition, Will supports a wide range of functions at Civicap such as construction draws, audits, and capital administration.

 

Prior to joining Civicap, Will worked as a Senior Analyst in the Private Client Group at CBRE Loan Services Inc., where he was responsible for covenant tracking, property performance, and cash management. Previously, Will was a Multifamily Underwriter at Lima One Capital, LLC, a Greenville, SC based Private Lender. At Lima One, he underwrote and closed over $600M of Business Purpose Loans (BPLs) for multifamily properties across the country. As an underwriter, Will was responsible for financial analysis, risk management, and presentations to the executive team.  

 

Will holds a B.A. in Economics from Wofford College.
