David Whitby

David Whitby is Head of Capital Markets for Civicap Partners, where he leads the firm's equity raising efforts across its development and acquisition platform. Prior to Civicap, David spent six years with Morgan Group, placing over $1 billion in equity across 30 multifamily projects. Before Morgan, David was CEO of Elite Street Capital, where he led the acquisition and management of 26 multifamily assets totaling over 6,500 units across seven states. David began his career with a nine-year tenure at ARA (now NKF), a national apartment brokerage firm specializing in debt, equity, and property sales. He is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, a devoted husband, and father of three.
