John Davis

John is a Senior Asset Manager at Civicap. He is responsible for driving performance across the firm’s multifamily portfolio, with a focus on leasing strategy, expense management, and operational execution. His role includes direct oversight of third-party property management, annual budgeting, portfolio valuation, and involvement in capital planning and investor relations.

 

Prior to joining Civicap, John was a Senior Asset Manager at RREAF Holdings, where he oversaw a national portfolio of multifamily assets. He was responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, strategic planning, and managing assets throughout the full lifecycle of ownership — from acquisition through disposition and distributions to investors.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
