Tina Alch

Tina is responsible for supporting Civicap's financial operations and managing Civicap’s databases and documentation processes. Her role involves project management and communications, and provides administrative support to Civicap's senior leadership.

 

Before joining Civicap Partners, Tina had 33 years of experience as a Senior Consultant for a professional services firm that specialized in global infrastructure, environmental, and social development. As the Business Operations Manager, she was responsible for regional project budgeting, project progress planning and forecasting, and integrated acquisitions and mergers of several companies. Tina led M&A due diligence teams, established best practices for acquisition partners, and reviewed contract documents.
