Jesse Madigan

Jesse is Co-Founder and Partner with Civicap, and is responsible for team management,  investor relations and capital formation, and investment management. Jesse brings both private equity and capital markets experience. Prior to Civicap, Jesse served as Vice President at Wingate Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm with 30 years of 1st quartile performance. Wingate Partners focused on turnaround investments in industrial and logistics businesses. Jesse served as an active board member, engaged in ongoing portfolio company oversight, acquisition execution, and operational performance improvement. Prior to Wingate, Jesse led client engagements on behalf of the Financial Markets Advisory (“FMA”) team of BlackRock, a special situations group managing over $100B AUM of mortgage-backed securities. FMA was established in 2008 to address the unique global challenges that arose as a consequence of the financial crisis. Jesse began his career as a business analyst with McKinsey & Company.
