Lizzie Layne

Lizzie holds the position of Vice President of Investor Relations, where she leads various aspects of the investor relations and capital raising function. Her duties include identifying, cultivating, and retaining investors, as well as expanding the Civicap brand.

Before joining Civicap, Lizzie was Director of Capital Markets at M-M Properties, where she oversaw Joint Venture capital raises for the firm's office and multifamily platforms. She was responsible for capital initiatives and for managing and expanding the firm's network of institutional investors. Before her role at M-M Properties, Lizzie was a member of the Capital Formation team at Lionstone Investments, where she helped raise institutional capital for the firm's value-add fund series and separate account ventures. Lizzie began her career at Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) as a third-party office leasing broker for multiple office properties in the Houston area.

Lizzie graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree.
